Want to shop early for the Cream of the crop & the best bargains?

Volunteer Registration opens August 3, 2010.

With over 900 families participating, we need help!! We can't do it all by ourselves---what do you get in return???  You get to shop EARLY--before the public!!  You get pick of THE BEST we have to offer!!

Volunteers who work four hours get 1 pass to shop our Preview Sale Wednesday from 6-8PM. All volunteers are required to work or be scheduled to work in order to participate in the Preview Sale. Volunteers are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  So email early to get the best times.  

We appreciate each one of our volunteers and rely on you guys for the sale to run smoothly.  Please realize when you pick your time slot that you are making a commitment to us and to CCC.  Last minuted changes and replacements are often difficult and sometimes impossible for us to make. 

Volunteering Options

"A Few Good Men" Volunteer your husband to help with setup or break down and earn "you" shopping privileges. Setup is Sunday morning and break down is Saturday evening. Both are approx. 3 hour time slots.

Sale Workers: Volunteer to work 4 consecutive hours during the sale. This could be setup, take down, taking in items, placing items out on the floor, pulling cards for customers, organizing and various other odd jobs.

Bartering:  There are some things that take place before, during and after the sale that we simply can't do on our own. If you have a skill, talent or resource that you would like to share it could earn you early shopping privileges.

To sign up as a volunteer please email Laura (watsonfamily5@suddenlink.net) with your name, phone number and dates you can help. Please place "volunteer" and your last name in the subject line and we will contact you to confirm your volunteer time. The best slots go first, so email EARLY!!!

Please be sure you "sign-in" when you come to work!  Your name will be put on a list and only those who are signed up to work will be allowed to shop early!! Volunteer tasks are very easy. It's fun, the work is worth getting to shop first, we have a good time and it is a great way to meet other CCC moms!
